BuildABot.ai provides AI chatbot creation tools, widget integrations, and automation features to users for personal and business use.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
BuildABot.ai offers free and paid subscription tiers. Fees are billed through secure third-party processors. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, payments already processed are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that may harm BuildABot.ai, its users, or systems.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with BuildABot.ai — including Bobi, branding, and platform assets — are the exclusive property of Xill LLC.
7. Limitation of Liability
BuildABot.ai and Xill LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the platform's operation.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
